Hey, I’m Callan! Owner and lead landscaper at Timberscapes.
When I was younger, I loved gardening, design and construction. I wasn't sure what I wanted to be when I “grew up” but I knew one thing, I didn't want to be pushing papers in an office! I wanted to create beautiful things for people to enjoy.
I started carpentry and loved the design element of the trade. Creating something from nothing was a thrill to me. Through carpentry, I found I was getting asked to do more work for outdoor spaces, like decking and limestone walls.
I decided to change my career path and started landscaping in the late 1990s, finishing my apprenticeship in 2000. I launched Timberscapes in 2005. Pretty soon I was getting asked to design and build gardens for businesses and alfrescos for homeowners all over Perth.
Since then, Timberscapes has become the go-to landscaping business in the Western suburbs.
We help you create a stylish outdoor life, from twilight dinner parties to lazy Sundays by the pool, winter gatherings and quiet ‘me time’ after the kids have gone to bed.
